Greenblatt is one of the first Florida lawyers to be Board Certified by The Florida Bar as an expert in Health Law (1995-present) and holds both a J.D. and a Masters’ Degree in Business/Health Administration. Ms. Greenblatt joined Lubell Rosen, LLC as a Partner in 2013 after being President of the boutique health law firm of Sandra Greenblatt, P. A. for 10 years. She enjoys the “AV-Preeminent” highest possible rating in competence and ethical standards from Martindale-Hubbell, an AVVO Rating of 100 (Superb) and was named one of the “Top Lawyers in South Florida” for each year from 2000-2016 by the South Florida Legal Guide; a “Florida Super Lawyer” by Law & Politics from 2006-2014, 2016; and 2014 Florida Healthcare Attorney of Year, Corporate Int’l Magazine Global Award. She served on the Legal Working Group of the Florida Governor’s Privacy and Security Project and served as General Counsel of the South Florida Health Information Exchange (“SFHIE”), organizations that propelled Florida’s participation in the creation of a nationwide Health Information Network. She is the author of Chapters on “Health Care Technology Contracting” in the 2007 and 2009-2010 Florida Practitioner’s Health Law Handbook published by The Florida Bar Health Law Section.

Ms. Greenblatt was previously associated with the prominent law firms of Greenberg Traurig and McDermott Will & Emery. She has served as a registered lobbyist, successful in getting a client included in Florida Statutes. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers’ Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Service and mediates and arbitrates health law related disputes. Ms. Greenblatt has more than 25 years’ experience representing physician groups and physicians, dentists, practice management companies, payors, TPAs, pharmacies, hospitals, long term care facilities, mental health centers and other health care providers and businesses with
contracts, joint ventures, the formation and representation of HMOs, MSOs, IPAs, TPAs, mergers and acquisitions and Corporate Compliance Programs, as well as giving advice regarding the Stark Law, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues, legislative, licensure and fraud and abuse matters. She served as lead
counsel for the $60+ Million Dollar sale of affiliated clinics and diagnostic centers to a publicly traded company.

Prior to practicing law, Ms. Greenblatt was a Hospital Administrator for the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial
Medical Center. She has published numerous articles on health law topics and speaks frequently on technology contracting, corporate compliance and other health law issues to national and regional professional and industry
associations, including the American Health Lawyers’ Association, The Florida Bar and the Medical Group Management Association. She served for five years as Chairperson of the Annual Florida Bar Advanced Health Law Issues and Certification Review Course and is a member of the Executive Council of The Florida Bar Health Law Section. Sandra also is a founder and Past-President of Women in Healthcare of Miami-Dade and Broward
Counties.

Sandra is a member of the American Health Lawyers’ Association, The Florida Bar Health Law Section, the South Florida Healthcare Executive Forum and the South Florida Medical Group Management Association. She served as an Appointee to the Statewide HMO Advisory Committee to the Florida Department of Insurance, which assisted in creating the first HMO regulations in Florida. Still finding time to serve her community, she serves as
a member of the Board of Governors of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce; the Dean’s Circle of the University Of Miami School Of Law and is a Fellow of the Florida Bar Foundation. She is a proud past member of the Board of Trustees of the Miami Foundation (fka Dade Community Foundation).

Sandra received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a member of
the Law Review and the Wig and Robe Honor Society; her M.B.A. in Health Administration, with honors, from the University of Miami; and her B.A., cum laude, from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, where she was inducted in 2008 into their alumni Gallery of Success.
